Farm and Ranch Management
The Farm and Ranch Management Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree pathway provides a wide array of coursework from both the production and agricultural business areas. The program prepares students for work in the various sectors of the industry, including agri-food, agricultural production (plant and livestock), precision farming, agri-business and finance, pest management, soil or other conservation management, and food processing.
Job Ready Choices
Cowley College offers classes in agribusiness and finance, farm managing, agricultural economics, soil science and conservation, crop and plant science, and animal science. We also provide Certificate programs to give you the management skills for different agricultural areas and help you understand the business choices made in the agri-food industry.
AAS Degree
The Associate of Applied Science degree pathway provides a wide array of coursework from both the production and agricultural business areas.
Certificate A
The Certificate A program offers foundational skills in a variety sectors of the agri-food industry, including agricultural production, agribusiness, and farm management.
Certificate B
The Technical Certificate B program teaches management skills and concepts for the business decisions used in various sectors of the agri-food industry.
Certificate C
The Technical Certificate C provides you the opportunity to select coursework in a particular area of interest in Agricultural production, such as Animal or Crop production.
