Course Schedule:

Classroom instruction at Cowley College – Wellington Center (Short Community Room)
  • Sunday, September 28, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Live fire and/or simulated hunting conditions at a location in Wellington (to be determined; weather dependent).

This course is being offered FREE of charge by Upland Gun Dog Hunting Club, with 20 slots available.

Kansas law allows individuals under age 11 to attend, but only those 11 and older may be certified. Priority seating will be given to students 11 and older, with underage students accepted on a space-available basis. Parents or guardians are required to attend with any minor student.

This course provides an excellent opportunity for young hunters and their families to learn essential safety skills while preparing for future hunting seasons. For more information, contact Upland Gun Dog Hunting Club.
