Cowley College Announces Tuition Alignment for Sumner County Students Beginning Fall 2025
Cowley College is proud to announce a significant update to its tuition policy that will benefit students residing in Sumner County. Beginning in the Fall 2025 semester, students from Sumner County will now pay the same tuition rate as Cowley County residents.
This move aligns Sumner County students with the In-District tuition rate of $70.00 per credit hour, providing increased access and affordability for higher education within the region.
“By giving Sumner County students the same tuition rate as those in Cowley County, we’re making it easier for them to stay close to home and get a great education without added financial pressure,” said Holly Harper, Vice President of Finance and Administration. “It’s just one more way we’re working to keep college affordable and support our local communities.”
In addition to the tuition adjustment, housing rates will remain flat across all campuses, with a reduction in housing costs specifically for students attending the Sumner Campus. This ensures continued affordability while fostering growth and opportunity at both our Cowley and Sumner locations.
