Welcome to Disc Golf

The purpose of the Disc Golf Club is to foster a welcoming and active community for students through regular recreational play and community service. The club meets a few times each month to enjoy disc golf together, encouraging wellness, stress relief, and campus engagement. In addition to recreational play, the club is committed to environmental stewardship by organizing monthly clean-up events at local disc golf courses. Through these activities, the club promotes student connection, healthy living, and a sense of pride in both our campus and broader community.

The disc golf club promotes student success and retention by fostering community, wellness, leadership, and engagement — all of which are strong predictors of persistence in college, especially at the community college level.

The club will host regular recreational play sessions (2–4 times per month) to build community, promote wellness, and welcome new players. Each month, the club will also organize a course clean-up event to support environmental stewardship and local course maintenance.
